What is a book nook, exactly?

A miniature lit diorama built to sit between the books on a shelf. Ours are DIY kits you assemble from pre-cut pieces, usually over a few evenings.

How hard are they to build?

From a relaxed first evening to a project with chapters. Every kit here carries our five-level rating; first-timers do best at level 2.

Do kits include glue and batteries?

No. Air shipping rules keep both out of the box, so plan on a quick-dry tacky glue and the batteries listed on each product page.

A piece is missing. What do I do?

Email us the part number from the instruction booklet and we send the piece free. No return needed.

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

US only for now. Kits ship from their makers' studios and arrive in 7 to 14 days, with free shipping on orders of $75 and up.
